There's so many things that i need to say,
first of all happy father's day.
Do you remember some time ago,
years gone bye,watching me grow?
And how you never let me down,
You did everything so I wouldnt frown.
From silly dances to letting me scotch-tape your face,
Painting your nails, and running down the lane to race.
And how about walking the railroad tracks?
And how i grew tired, and you carrierd me on your back?
And swimming in our so called pool
Water fights,in the barn just to stay cool.
And with games, how i had to let you win ,
just so we could play again.
And soon enough I began to grow,
But you always let your love show.
You taught me well,showed me you cared
And everything you had you shared.
you gave me your arms to keep me safe,
A house to call home, just not a "place"
But most of all you gave me love. YOU guided me with wrong and rights,
Told me "never give up without a fight"
Through school you tried your very best,
To help me study for a hard test.
AND soon I was a growen girl,
Stepping out into the world. And you let me go so cautiously,
Always leaving a light on for me.
And even now when I am grown,
I thank you for all the love you've shown.
And one last thing i need to say,
I hope you have the best father's day.

Smile - It makes a world of difference.
Dance - Who knows when you won't be able to.
Cry - Holding those emotions in is bad for you.
Hug - Helps you and helps another.
Laugh - What's the point in hiding happiness?
