Proud to be a MOM Terms of Service

The following terms of service [TOS] govern all use of the Proud to be a MOM [hereto with known as PTBAM] website, www.proudtobeamom.com, including content, services and products available through the site. 

The website is owned and operated by PTBAM.  Use of our website is subject to acceptance of our TOS without modification, and all other codes of conduct and policies outlined on our site, including any updates as they occur.  Please read referenced material.  By accessing or using any part of the website you agree to be bound by the TOS.  The website, including all its components, is available only to individuals who are at least 17 years old without prior consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Bloggers are responsible for the content, and any harm resulting from, the content of their blog, activity generated by it, and keywords associated with it.  PTBAM is not liable for acts of omission by the author or damages incurred as a result.  Content constitutes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, audio, video, or computer software.

By making content available you warrant that the downloading, copying or use of said content does not infringe the proprietary rights, including, but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, intellectual property rights, or trade secret rights, of any third party.

Content must not contain anything harmful to our members, pornography, spam, or anything else covered, but not limited to, our code of conduct and policies.

By submitting content for inclusion on the website you grant PTBAM non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your blog.

PTBAM has the right (though not the obligation) to, refuse or remove any content that, in PTBAM’s reasonable opinion, violates any PTBAM’s policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or terminate or deny access to and use of the website to any individual is at PTBAM’s sole discretion.

Members are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive

content.  Members may not post material to the website that may contain content that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, and other errors.

PTBAM disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from the use by visitors of the website, or from any downloading by those visitors of content there posted.  PTBAM does not have any control over non-PTBAM web sites and web pages, and is not responsible for their contents or their use.

In no event will PTBAM, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory.

PTBAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes
